Ready, Set, Go (RSG) aims to connects youth transitioning out of care with the life skills and supports they need to succeed as adults, including transition planning to provide improved access to services that support youth in pursuing post-secondary educational opportunities, skilled trades training and employment opportunities.
Additional Supports for Youth
There are many support programs for young people who have been in the care of a Children’s Aid Society. Youth who have been in the care of a Children’s Aid Society, or who are leaving care, can contact their society for more information about the programs available.

- Transition and Life Skills programs

- Support for Post-Secondary Education and Training
